Since 1984, Graffiti has manufactured custom baseball caps and headwear from our facility in Cleveland, Ohio. For over 40 years, we’ve built our reputation on quality craftsmanship, domestic production, and standing behind every cap that leaves our building.
Our state-of-the-art facility employs around 50 skilled craftspeople who produce thousands of caps per week. Every cap in our American-made line is cut, sewn, and assembled right here in Cleveland using materials sourced from suppliers across the United States.

Most cap companies import blanks and decorate them somewhere else. At Graffiti, manufacturing and embroidery happen in the same building. That’s been our approach since day one, and it’s what allows us to maintain the level of quality our customers expect.

And because the embroidery happens where the caps are made, the results are always dialed in.
A spec hat before full production. Before we run your full order, we send a sample for your review. You check the fit, colors, and embroidery placement before we commit. If something needs to change, we handle it fast because everything is in-house.
Materials sourced from American suppliers. We work with domestic suppliers for our fabrics, leather, and components. Our custom leather patches are sourced entirely from California, Wisconsin, Michigan, and North Carolina.
