Our USA 5 Panel includes four profiles: the 501 Low Profile, and the 502, 503, and 504, which range from mid to high trucker style. Every option is available with a curved or flat visor and comes in a wide selection of colors and fabrics.
USA 6 Panel Cap
This is where most of our customers land. The USA Mid Profile 603 offers a generous fit with flat or curved visor boards and comes in 16 unique fabric choices across hundreds of color combinations.
USA Dye-Sub Cap
Our USA Dye-Sub process creates high-quality photographic printing that transfers your design directly into the fabric. Because the fabric is permanently dyed, the result holds up under demanding conditions.

Every cap in our American made line is cut, sewn, and assembled at our facility in Cleveland, Ohio. We’ve been doing this since 1984. Most cap companies import blanks and decorate them somewhere else. At Graffiti, manufacturing and embroidery happen in the same building, by the same 50 person team, under one standard.

What’s your minimum order?
Our minimum starts at 72 caps. Pricing varies based on cap style, features and embroidery. Each style has a full pricing sheet for your review.
Do you make caps for the military or government?
Yes. We’ve produced caps for the US Navy, USPS, and various government agencies and uniform companies.
Can I see a sample before committing to a full order?
Yes. We send a spec hat for approval before every production run. If anything needs to change, we handle it in house.
Do you work with ASI and PPAI distributors?
Yes. We’re ASI #57907 and PPAI #160858. A significant portion of our business comes through distributors.
Where are your materials sourced?
Fabrics, leather, and components come from domestic suppliers. Our custom leather patches specifically are sourced from California, Wisconsin, Michigan, and North Carolina.
