USA 5 Panel
Our 5 panel caps come in the following hat profiles: 502, 503, 504 (Mid to High Trucker Style) and our 501 Low Profile. They can be made with curved or flat visors and can come in a wide variety of color and fabric options.
USA 6 Panel
Our Mid Profile 603 comes in a generous fit available with flat or curved visor boards. We offer you 16 unique fabric choices in hundreds of color combinations. Our Low Profile 703 has the original slick look of a low form fitting cap. Our cadet profile is a military style option, while our perfect profile 704 is our most popular seller.
USA Dye-Sub Caps
Dye Sublimation creates high quality photographic printing that transfers your design into fabric. This process can be combined with embroidery for a unique look. The fabric is permanently dyed so it can hold up to extreme weather conditions. Graffiti has perfected this skilled art on baseball caps. Available cap profiles: 501, 503, 603, 703, 704 and the Sport Visor. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, send us your idea and we’ll help you create your own special brand. You can also choose from mesh or solid backs in many different fabrics and colors.
USA Tactical Caps
Our Tactical Caps are specifically designed for use out in the field. Velcro is available in 3 locations: front, top and back. Curved visor only, structured or unstructured. We offer you 3 fabric choices in hundreds of colors. Available cap profiles: 703, 704, Cadet and 603.
USA Sports Visors
Our Sport Visor is a low profile, form fitting, high quality visor has a crown just under 2”. Embroidery is done prior to assembly which creates a finished interior look. It comes with a diamond knit-wicking sweatband, Velcro closure and pre-curved visor. Visors are available in 17 unique fabric choices and over 195 different colors.
USA Foam Caps
“There’s no place like foam.” This product was the foundation of the American made baseball cap – and we welcome back its rebirth. Graffiti laminates all foam products at our Cleveland facility. This gives us complete quality control of the manufacturing process. We offer over 50 colors and 4 unique fabric choices. 503 Mid Profile is available in flat or curved visor. 504 Wide Profile has a rounder shape with a wide flat or curved visor. These caps are available in solid or mesh.
USA Performance Stretch Caps
Our Stretch Fit Cap offers a fitted look in 5 different sizes are XS, S, M, L and XL. This cap is available with a curved visor only. We offer you 6 unique fabric choices and hundreds of color combinations.
